For improved account security, new passwords must meet the following requirements:
- Passwords must be between 8 and 16 characters
- Passwords must have at least 2 upper-case letters, 2 lower-case letters and 2 numbers
- Passwords cannot contain special characters
Existing passwords have not been changed, so you will need to update your password by clicking on "Change Password" in the Administrative Services menu.
You now have the ability to reset a forgotten Password via text message. To enable this feature add your cell phone number by clicking "Update Information" on the Account Overview. (Plan Sponsors and other Plan Level Users, please contact SMS Retirement directly to provide a cell phone number and enable this feature.
